Data deletion instructions

Request deletion

1. Email team@getclear.digital from the address associated with your account or request.
2. Use the subject line “runClear data deletion request.”
3. Tell us whether the request concerns a runClear account, an organization, a customer record, a Messenger conversation, or information submitted through a Facebook Lead Ad.
4. Include enough information for us to locate the relevant record, such as the organization or Facebook Page name and the email address or phone number associated with the record. Do not email passwords, access tokens, or other authentication secrets.

Verification

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity, authority, and relationship to the account, organization, Facebook Page, lead, or conversation. This protects information from unauthorized deletion requests.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request and explain any information needed to complete it. Once verified, we will delete or de-identify information that we are required to remove and confirm completion within the period required by applicable law. Some limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, audit integrity, or legal compliance.

Disconnect Facebook access

An authorized organization administrator can disable Messenger or Lead Ads, or disconnect Meta entirely, from runClear's integration settings. Disconnecting Meta removes the stored Page access credentials and stops future access. Facebook users can also review and remove business integrations from their Facebook settings.

Disconnecting does not automatically delete contacts, deals, lead form answers, or conversation history already retained in runClear. Use the request process above if those records should also be deleted.
