runClear supports low-volume, business-to-customer conversational messaging. This page explains the platform rules and the choices available to message recipients.
About SMS in runClear
Organizations may use runClear to send and receive one-to-one text messages about customer inquiries, quotes, orders, appointments, service, delivery, and support. runClear is not intended for cold outreach, purchased lists, or unrelated third-party marketing.
SMS availability depends on carrier approval, organization setup, and product readiness. It may not be available to every runClear account.
Who sends messages
The business identified in the message is the messaging brand and controls the customer conversation. getClear Digital operates runClear and provides the software and communications infrastructure used by participating businesses.
How recipients opt in
A recipient may consent by:
- Initiating a text conversation with the business.
- Requesting text communication during an inquiry or existing customer-service interaction.
- Using a business form or other opt-in experience that clearly identifies the messaging program.
Consent applies to the identified business and messaging program. Consent is not transferable and is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with the recipient’s inquiry, transaction, or support request. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s mobile plan.
Stop messages
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from messages sent by the identified business. A carrier confirmation may follow. After an opt-out, the business may send only messages permitted by law, such as a required confirmation or messages separately requested by the recipient.

Privacy and responsibility
Message information is handled according to the identified business’s privacy notice and the runClear Privacy Policy. Businesses using runClear are responsible for their own campaign-specific notices, consent evidence, and compliance with applicable messaging rules.
